Find the appropriate product(s) by browsing our catalogue, click on "buy now" or "add to cart" button available close to the product picture. You can find more information about a specific product by clicking on “details” icon.
(2) Already ordered on Putus.org?
After pressing "buy now" button, you will be asked to enter your email address and choose a password. If you have already ordered on putus.org, simply log in by using the information you have previously chosen.
(3)Fill in order form
After completing step (2), you will have to fill in an order form with some basic information such as street address or phone number. Please read carefully the privacy policy to know how we collect, use and save your private information. You will simply have to perform this action once. After this, you will be able to log in at any time to check your current order, place a new order or modify your data.
(4)Confirm information
By clicking on "continue" button, a preview of your information will be displayed. Please check if information you submitted is correct. If not, you can just click on "Modify" button and revise your data. You will then access the next page containing a summary of your order and product information. By clicking on "view invoice", you can decide to print this document or to save it on your computer. Just click on "Pay now" button to finalize your transaction (you will be redirected to Paypal interface).
(5)Pay
On Paypal website, you can choose between two payment options: credit card or Paypal Payment. The indicated amount includes product price and freight.None additional fee will be charged by Paypal. After submitting your payment, you will receive a confirmation email from Paypal.
If you choose bank transfer payment, please contact us and/or download the PDF document containing our bank details by clicking here. We will send you the product after receiving payment notice from our bank.
(6)Delivery
After receiving your payment, we will dispatch your order to the street address you provided during your registration. This is made by means of an express mail delivery company such as TNT, DHL , EMS or FedEx.We will strive to send your products the day you placed order or the following day. An email will automatically be sent to your mailbox at the time we will dispatch your parcel. You will normally receive it within 5 to 7 working days.
